What happens on the day
From the moment you arrive, Whittlebury Hall Spa will take you out of your daily routine and immerse you into theirs. You will experience a host of stimulating heat and ice treatments, complemented by dreamy aromas and wonderfully relaxing and energising therapies.
The Day Spa offers the ultimate in pampering with 50 minutes of relaxing treatments. The team of therapists are dedicated to catering for your needs during your back, neck and shoulder massage and your energising Express facial which will be enjoyed one after the other.
Make use of the leisure facilities including the 19 metre pool with bubble jets, Cybex gym, aerobic studio, sauna, steam room and whirlpool spa as well as the Heat and Ice Experiences which takes place in the bustling atmosphere of the Day Spa and provides various body sensations as a result of the different temperatures. Move through the areas increasing your body’s temperature before stepping into the Ice Cave to stimulate your circulation and senses, whilst aiding the elimination of toxins and exfoliating your skin. Your body will feel invigorated and your skin will feel soft, smooth and hydrated.
A delicious and healthy two-course buffet lunch is included in the Spa Terrace Café offering a light and airy atmosphere to complement your mood.
